It excludes variants with negative stock levels and hidden variants.\n\n## Total Cost FIFO\n\nThis is a more accurate way to value your stock as it is based on the price that each item was received at using the First-in First-out principle. This means that older stock is sold before newer stock.\n\n## Total Retail\n\nThis is the quantity of each variant multiplied by its retail price. If you were to sell all of your stock at its current price, this is how much you'd make! \n\n## Total Items\n\nThis is the total number of in stock items you have in your store. If you have 10 red socks and 5 blue stocks the total items figure will be 15.\n\n## What does \"tracked by Shopify\" mean?\n\nThis is a way of segmenting your stock on hand reports by items that are tracked by Shopify and all items. It may be useful if your store uses a drop-shipping company and keeps some stock of its own.
